Research
Sense of Security has a structured approach to information security and risk management. The collaborative expertise of our first-class engineering and consulting teams, together with our commitment to ongoing research and internal staff development, ensures we maintain our position as a market leader.
Our security consultants, besides conducting IT security consulting engagements, conduct their own research into bleeding edge technologies to provide security vulnerability intelligence to our customers. They are provided with dedicated time to conduct vulnerability research, and further develop Sense of Security methodologies and processes. This focus on continuous improvement allows us to deliver consistent and repeatable high quality outcomes on our consulting projects at a cost below that of our competitors.
Sense of Security is regularly engaged to conduct vulnerability research on behalf of vendors and clients launching new products (both hardware and software), and updating existing versions before public release. We also contribute to industry leading benchmarks, such as those produced by the Centre for Internet Security.
Our goal is to be an accurate, reliable, and trusted source of vulnerability and threat intelligence to our customers. Sense of Security releases research and IT security advisories to the public domain in accordance with industry accepted responsible disclosure practices.
